We are looking for a full time Staff Learning Coordinator - someone who is committed to helping our employees become the best at what they do. Responsibilities:Responsibilities: • Oversee and manage the employee training program • Work with managers to identify training needs and develop training strategies • Develop and present training courses and training materials • Mentor library employees to become engaging trainers
Minimum Qualifications:Education & Experience: • Bachelor degree • Training or teaching experience • Public library experience preferred

Salary & Benefits:Salary and Benefits: • Salary range $44,600 to $47,300, depending on experience • Medical, dental, life, and disability insurance • Defined Pension Plan • 457(b) Deferred Compensation Plan with employer match • Generous PTO benefits
